World sight day was celebrated on 21-10-16 at RRMC&H with the motto of “STRONGER TOGETHER” Dr. M Shivakumar, Professor of Ophthalmology gave the introductory remark by explaining the world sight day 2016 celebrations and the aim and objectives of celebrating the world sight day. He explained the slogan for 2016 world sight day, “STRONGER TOGETHER”. We began the day with a talk on eye Donation by Dr. Leena Lawrence PG. This was followed by the distribution of Pamphlets and in encouragement for eye donation registration at our Rajarajeswari Eye bank. It was concluded with vote of thanks and high tea.
