Health Awareness Programme Role Play by I MBBS students

Event: Health Awareness Programme Role Play by I MBBS students, conveyed by Department of Biochemistry on Date: 24-02-2024 The Department of Biochemistry conducted a health awareness program for the general public in the Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital lobby on 24th February 2024. The program was graced by our Beloved Dean Dr. Sathyamurthy B sir and our enterprising Medical Superintendent Dr Praveen Kumar.The health awareness programme comprised of role play by I MBBS 2023-24 Batch students on Obesity, Myocardial Infarction and Anemia. The inception seed were laid by our HOD Dr Bindu C.M. Teachers were identified to lead the three batches of students. They in turn nurtured students in their batches to come up with ideas for the role play. The students were asked to divide themselves into groups that performed the role play and prepared the required collages and the posters. The students were trained by the teachers. We had rehearsals every week in their respective practical class timing. All the staff participated in rehearsals and gave inputs on required changes.
