Kannada Rajyothsava Day – 2024

Date: 1st November 2024
Karnataka Formation Day is celebrated as ‘Rajyothsava’ day. This celebration marks the birth of Karnataka state, on 1st November 1956 by way of merger of Kannada speaking regions of South India. Karnataka Rajyothsava is a public holiday. RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital also celebrated “Kannada Rajyothsava” on this day by hosting the Karnataka flag in the Campus and distributing sweets to all.
