Kidney Transplantation

Successful live kidney transplantation Surgery – RRMCH, The first live related donor kidney transplantation was successfully carried out on 02-02-2024 at RRMCH. Mother donated her left kidney to her son who was suffering from end stage kidney disease. Dr M.S. Prakash and his team of nephrologists, Dr. N. Srinath and his team of Urologists, Dr Rangalakshmi, Dr Karthik and team of Anesthesiologists were involved in the kidney transplant surgery.
