Date: 25/10/2023 Mortality Meeting was conducted on 18/10/2023. Two cases were discussed from Department of General Medicine and cases were examined and the session was chaired by (Dr. Krishna M V, Dr. Kiran B R, Dr. Rekha N H, Dr. Rangalakshmi and Dr. Archana B R). The meeting was attended by more than 150 clinical staff and Residents. The meeting was spearheaded by our Medical superintendent Dr. Praveen Kumar.
