Eye Bank is a very important medical facility that can retrieve and store eyes for surgeries like cornea transplants and research purpose. Dr. Umashankar N., Professor of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy, RRMCH has been awarded ‘YOUNG DERMATOLOGIST AWARD’ by IADVL KN. RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital, as a part of its philanthropic work, dedicates 5 Dialysis units to the society. The event is scheduled on 21st June, at 12 Noon at Dialysis centre, RRMCH. The President of the Rotary Club, Mr. Gurjar will be inaugurating the program in the presence of Mr. A.C. Shanmugam, chairman of RRGI. The objective of this program is to offer dialysis to the needy patients at an ultra low cost of Rs. 700 only at RRMCH.
